MEET OUR CHAIRMAN AND FOUNDER
Terrence Maiden serves as Chairman of the board of the Maiden Foundation. A visionary would best describe Terrence for his leadership with Maiden Foundation. He has been instrumental in launching many initiatives and projects for the organization over the years. He currently manages the strategic planning and operations for the Maiden Foundation. Terrence's passion for uplifting people and impacting communities, as seen through the foundation's work, is undeniable.
Terrence is also widely regarded as one of Dallas's brightest young real estate developers. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Terrence has poured his energy, creativity, and expertise into the development of transformational projects nationally. As Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Russell Glen Company, he is at the forefront of implementing the company's growth as a real estate investor and developer. Included within his many signature developments is the multi-award-winning Shops at RedBird in Dallas, Texas.
Terrence earned a degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where he was a standout football player for the Horned Frogs with his identical twin brother, Tim Maiden. He actively serves in leadership for several professional and civic organizations in Dallas /Fort Worth, including UT Southwestern Medical President's Advisory Board, Methodist Hospital System Dallas, The Loop Dallas, Urban Land Institute, ICSC Board of Trustees, University of North Texas Dallas Foundation, Dallas, and AT&T Performing Arts Center.

MEET OUR BOARD EXECUTIVE
Tim is widely regarded for his leadership experience in the banking, education and non-profit sectors. Tim Maiden has worked in the finance industry since 2001, participating in over a billion dollars of capital transactions during his career. His experience includes sales leadership, community banking, middle-market lending, special assets committee, public finance and commercial real estate.
Tim Maiden currently serves as a SVP, Group Manager, for Comerica Bank and adjunct professor at University of North Texas at Dallas. At UNT Dallas, Tim offers advisory support for the School of Business and its Credit Analysis Program, which creates a pathway for future business bankers. In addition, he provides board leadership to the Maiden Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Dallas, The Trust for Public Land of Texas, Dallas City Homes, Duncanville Outreach Ministry and others.
Tim graduated from Leadership Southwest in 2015 and Leadership Dallas in 2017. During this same time, Tim received the 2017 Chairman Award from the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce and was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal twice. In 2015, the Journal named him as a “40 Under 40” recipient, and in 2019 he became a Minority Business Leader honoree.
Tim received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Liberal Arts degree from Texas Christian University. While at TCU, Tim Maiden lettered four years on the football team that was recognized as the Sun Bowl Champion in 1998, Western Athletic Conference Football Conference Champion in 1999, 2000. Tim would later receive a Master in Christian Education from Dallas Baptist University in 2008 and previously served as an adjunct lecturer. Tim Maiden has been featured in multiple magazines and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc.
