Leadership. Community. COMMITMENT.

At the Maiden Foundation, we advance leadership and community impact wherever the need and opportunity align. For over twenty years, we have strategically invested in developing the next generation of young leaders, philanthropic initiatives that uplift under-resourced communities, and in advancing economic vitality in historically marginalized neighborhoods.

LEADERSHIP MATTERS.

Our foundation is committed to developing the next generation of young leaders, with a deliberate focus on young men of color. Through strategic, high-impact initiatives like Gold Chair and ELEVATE 2030, we invest in leadership development, personal growth, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Our approach is intentional and relational, equipping young people with the confidence, character, and clarity needed to lead in every area of their lives. The result is a lasting impact that extends well beyond the individual.

COMMITMENT TO IMPACT

Maiden Foundation has deployed substantial resources in support of transformative ideas, individuals, and institutions aligned with our mission.Through strong relationships with the business community, we amplify impact, across events, partnerships, and communities.

From initiatives like Soup for the Soul and Rhythm + Denim, which provides meanlingful support for local homeless shelters, to Soulful Christmas, where we partner with community organizations during the holiday season, our work turns generosity into action.

HOW WE WORK

 MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Our Founders Terrence Maiden, and identical twin brother, Tim Maiden, inspire and lead the foundation's impact. The Maiden brothers are well regarded by their peers and the business community for their professional work, Terrence as a real estate developer and Tim as a bank executive. As the foundation Chairman, Terrence guides the organization's work and impact.

As founders, we shaped the mission of our foundation, but our true vision is for its impact to grow beyond us—carried forward by our family for generations to come.
— TERRENCE MAIDEN, CHAIRMAN

BETTER COMMUNITIES.

Rooted in our commitment to community impact, Maiden Foundation real estate collabrations are intentionally designed to create place-based strategies that aligns public, private, and nonprofit partners to support economic mobility and neighborhood vitality. Initiatives such as RedBird Tomorrow, the Starbucks Community Store partnership, and other community-driven programs reflect our belief that real estate can be a catalyst for opportunity.

Through these collaborations, we address social, health, and economic disparities, creating opportunities for meaningful change. By providing access to essential resources, education programs, and skills training, we equip community members with the tools needed to achieve economic independence, foster personal growth, and build a brighter future.
