MAIDEN FOUNDATION INVITES YOU TO RAISE A GLASS TO TWENTY YEARS OF IMPACT.

compassion. courage. commitment.
Since 2005, the Maiden Foundation has been a driving force for positive change in southern Dallas. We’re on a mission to transform lives and strengthen communities with compassion, courage, and an unwavering commitment. We focus on three key areas that create lasting impact: developing the next generation of young leaders, investing in philanthropic initiatives that uplift the disenfranchised, and igniting economic opportunity in marginalized neighborhoods.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHANGE
_____________________
At the Maiden Foundation, we are deeply committed to empowering and uplifting the next generation of young men, with a special focus on young men of color. We launched strategic, focused, impactful initiatives like the Gold Chair and ELEVATE, 2030 to foster leadership, personal growth, and a strong sense of responsibility. We aim to break barriers, open doors, and inspire these young men to reach their fullest potential. Together, we are building a brighter future—one young man at a time.
We invest in transformative ideas, individuals, and institutions.
By bringing together resources, passionate people, and committed partners, Maiden Foundation invests to uplift those facing difficult times. From events like Soup for the Soul or Rhythm + Deniem, where we support local homeless shelters, to Soulful Christmas, where we invest in community organizations during the holiday season, our mission is to turn generosity into action. Through strong relationships with the business community, we amplify our impact—one event, one partnership, and one life at a time.
MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Our Founders Terrence Maiden, and identical twin brother, Tim Maiden, inspire and lead the foundation's impact. The Maiden brothers are well regarded by their peers and the business community for their professional work, Terrence as a real estate developer and Tim as a bank executive. As the foundation Chairman, Terrence guides the organization's work and impact.
“As founders, we shaped the mission of our foundation, but our true vision is for its impact to grow beyond us—carried forward by our family for generations to come.”
AT Maiden Foundation, we CONNECT PLACES TO PEOPLE TO CREATE IMPACT.
Driven by the Maiden family’s commitment to community impact, our real estate initiatives strategically foster partnerships that uplift low-income and minority communities. Initiatives like RedBird Tomorrow, the Starbucks Community Store partnership, and other community-driven programs focus on empowering individuals and families.
Through these collaborations, we address social, health, and economic disparities, creating opportunities for meaningful change. By providing access to essential resources, education programs, and skills training, we equip community members with the tools needed to achieve economic independence, foster personal growth, and build a brighter future.
