We focus our efforts where the need is greatest, especially in North Texas, but our vision goes far beyond borders. Wherever there’s an opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change, we’re committed to making an impact.

LEADERSHIP
Our Founder, Terrence Maiden, and his identical twin brother Tim inspire and lead the foundation's impact. The Maiden brothers are well regarded by their peers and the business community for their professional work, Terrence as a commercial real estate developer and Tim as a bank executive. They have received numerous awards and accolades for their leadership in business and passion for serving underserved communities. In 2015, the Maiden brothers were inducted into TCU’s Business Hall of Fame and recognized by Cadillac Shaping DFW. In 2018, they received the President’s Award from NAACP - Dallas Chapter for their community involvement.
