In partnership with Lael and Peter Brodsky, the Maiden Foundation launched RedBird Tomorrow to support and uplift the Red Bird community of Dallas. Our efforts focus on community events that strengthen economic well-being, education, wellness, and healthcare.

We collaborate with key partners including Red Bird Public Improvement District, Starbucks Community Store, Parkland Health, UT Southwestern Medical Center, DEC Network, Dallas College, and Vogel Alcove to drive meaningful impact.

We also provide dedicated community spaces at Shops at RedBird: The Nest, The Lawn, and The Birdhouse. These campus amenties help foster engagement, education, and empowerment through community activation.

The University of North Texas at Dallas and the Maiden Foundation present The Gold Chair. This executive series where business students and industry leaders discuss strategies for developing leadership skills and practical disciplines for future success.

Co-hosted by Dallas business duo Terrence and Tim Maiden, the series presents one-on-one conversations about success in business and life with the city's foremost business thinkers.

Each event leaves guests inspired, energized, and better equipped to lead confidently, as special guests share their journey to business triumph from “THE GOLD CHAIR.”

Soup for the Soul is a cherished annual tradition of the Maiden Foundation, serving unhoused neighbors across North Texas.

We partner with local shelters to create a space of care and dignity, ensuring those we serve feel seen, valued, and uplifted during challenging times.

Since launching these charitable initiatives, the Maiden Foundation has provided over 7,500 coats and fed over 4,000 individuals.
