Using this website

Maiden Foundation is a nonprofit organization. This website provides information about our work and ways to get involved. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully. Content is provided for general information and may change. External donation, sponsorship, and ticketing pages are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms; transactions on those sites are governed by those providers' terms.

Text messages and consent

If you separately opt in to receive texts from Maiden Foundation, messages may concern the activities you selected, such as event information, volunteer coordination, updates, or opportunities to support our work. Marketing and informational messages require separate consent where offered. Consent to texts is not a condition of making a donation or participating in our activities. Entering a phone number in a website form alone does not constitute SMS consent.

Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Opt out and support

You can cancel a Maiden Foundation text-message subscription at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We will send a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to a message or email info@maidenfoundation.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
