WE BELIEVE THAT Authentic leadership inspires action and builds pathways for lasting community impact.

Our Founder, Terrence Maiden, and identical twin brother, Tim, inspire and lead the foundation's impact. The Maiden brothers are well regarded by their peers and the business community for their professional work, Terrence as a commercial real estate developer and Tim as a bank executive. They have received numerous awards and accolades for their leadership in business and passion for serving underserved communities. In 2015, the Maiden brothers were inducted into TCU’s Business Hall of Fame and recognized by Cadillac Shaping DFW. In 2018, they received the President’s Award from NAACP - Dallas Chapter for their community involvement.

These two immensely talented and caring men could have gone off to New York, LA or the Silicon Valley and built their lives and fortunes. Instead, they stayed at home in southern Dallas County and made a difference. We are all better for their hard work and dedication to promoting the things that matter - education, careers, faith and community building.
— Robert Mong, University of North Texas Dallas, Former President
